Spring is finally here!!

Heck yeah!!Today is the first day of Spring! Finally!I am so ready to start my flowers.I spent the last couple of days looking and finally decided what I am going to be planting. For now just a few and they will be potted because we are still looking at moving by summer and I would hate to have to leave or try to transplant them.I am more of a tropical flower girl.I just love hibiscus and plumeria. They are my all time favorites. So I looked and found a few places that will send me these flowers.I can't find plumeria around here anywhere and the only color hibiscus I can get is yellow or pink.I want purple too!So I found a place in Florida that will send me both.I am over the moon!!Now just to find some really awesome big pots to put them in.

I also decided that I wanted a couple others but not sure if I will do these this year or next Spring but they are so pretty.

Now let's just hope that I can grow these and not kill them.At least I have the help of my hubby. He is the opposite of myself and can make them grow by just looking at them I think.Drives me crazy!!

Onto other things.I am planning a girl's night next month sometime.I need one.Sad that I can't invite all my awesome online girls. My question is what are some really fun things to do on a girl's night that doesn't involve a bar or club?Any ideas?Last year we went to Kemah Boardwalk which is a blast but I want something different and fun!!What are your suggestions?Kinda on a brain slump here.

Everyone enjoy their Sunday!
Love and Hugs,
Brandi

  1. I came across your blog and those photos of the plumeria caught my eye. Pink plumerias are one of my favorite flowers! Unfortunately, I'm like you. I have a black thumb and can't grown anything in my yard! LOL!

  2. Okay, wait. You live near Kemah?! LOL I love the boardwalk! In Clear Lake, I would suggest maybe a movie at Star Cinema or you could always do some bowling or put-put at Main Event ;)

Hope you enjoy your girls night!! I need one of those myself! :)

  3. I also am NOT good at planting or ANYTHING. I hope you enjoy your girls night. I have no ideas considering I NEVER, EVER go out...seriously. And like you, when planning on who I was going to invite to Kyleigh's bday, I thought, "It's sure be nice if Brandi could come."
